Needs Analysis

    1. Yes, it is. Many of us found that in order to do any Instructional Design program, you must first do an needs analysis to determine the who, what, where, when and how. It would be a big waste of time to go ahead with a design, only to find out you didn't really need it in the first place.

  2. I really love the idea of a blog/wiki to help other like minded students collaborate and interact. As much as I love the on line classes, I find that I miss the interaction with other students in the classroom. This is a great place for others who are trying to balance work, school, home, kids and all of life's other situations to discuss not only school issues but anything and everything!
    I think this is great and look forward to lively conversation with others!

  3. Thanks Paula, I feel like I am able to retain more of what I learn by bouncing it off of others and relating it to actual life experiences that we have had. Sometimes it takes a different set of eyes to help you to see.
